Ripped me off with Rush delivery ripoff

I ordered Shape and Style by Phone on 5/5/07. I did not request an additional suite, but did request rush delivery for only 9.95. The package was sent by the post office. My packing slip indicates 39.90, twice and I was charged 45.75 for rush delivery. I started calling on 5/14/07, was on hold for 10 minutes then was disconnected. The recording referred me to an e-mail Cutomercare@stormback.com, there is no such thing. Help me to get my 125.55 back this has caused an overdraft to my account.
