HSBC / Orchard Bank Credit Card
Took my rush payment held it and charged me an hold charge of $99

I've been with orchard for a little over two years, never had a late payment, always paid on time. I needed a rental car to pick up my son from the airport so two days before my rental reservation I made a rush payment to orchard to make sure i could cover the rental. Well when I got to the rental desk the most embarrassing thing happened my card was declined,

So i called the company after waiting forever to get an customer assistant in another continent I was told the rush payment only post it do not give you the available credit to use. So I ask that the $13 rush fee become deleted because it serves my no purpose.in the end I canceled my account because they put a $99 HCS hold on my account to make sure the money was transferred from the bank and i was told that it would be up to 14 days before i would have access to it, so much for a rush payment and they had received the funds out my bank account two days before.
