Absolutely appalling service!

I actually donot understand how to start with this particular company. It's absolutely terrible. No one that I've created to or voiced to appears to understand whatis happening. The 'on-demand' service-only works occasionally. It disappears for approximately 14 days without any description. Used to do not get a backup of April bill. This might not have now been their problem but what I can't encourage them to do is send me a duplicate of this statement. I do want to discover what I'm spending money on. All-they did was increase.
