Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent billing Littleton, Colarado

My wife called and cancelled service 2 to 3 weeks before we moved, they gave her a confermation number, which we cannot locate as a lot of our stuff is still packed from the move. I cancelled service two weeks before we moved. I called back to tell them I could not get the LNB off the dish as I had no way to reach it. They said that was ok and to leave the LNB, they would send a prepaid box for the receiver and two remotes.
On 5/26 we received a bill for $119.97. I called them on this. After 3 telephone transfers I talked to a Connie. She said no turnoff shows up. She had the service turned off as of today. We will receive the box and instructions in 4 to 5 days. We have to pay $43.54 for the service in May.
This is one heck of a way for a company to do business. If they did not get our cancellation, then how did they have our new address? Our new address is where the $119.97 bill came to.
