Trying to charge me for a receiver that I never had in my possession Ripoff

I was a customer of Dish Network for over 2 years and the service always had problems. The man that did the installation never drilled a hole with a drill he just used a hammer instead.

A few months after being with Dish Network one of the two receivers became defective and the man who owned the business and did the installation had a new receiver shipped to my address.

When it arrived he replaced the defective receiver, thereby taking the defective receiver with him, telling me that he would ship the defective one back to Dish Network. The installation company (DBA) Wireless Solutions has
since gone out of business and moved from Longview.

My wife and I packed and shipped all the equipment that we had back to Dish Network and it was confirmed by UPS and Dish Network that they had received same.

Now they are telling me that I have a third receiver and are trying to charge me $124.73 for a receiver that I do not have and have never had.

Evidently Wireless Solutions never shipped the defective receiver back to Dish Network for credit.

Now Dish Network has turned our account over to a collection agency.
I do not owe Dish Network for something that I have never had. I have contacted Dish Network numerous times trying to resolve this dispute.

I have talked to several people and always get put on hold, once I was refered to a supervisior and was told in a not so nice way that he could or would not help me.
