Ripoff Attempts to collect debt that doesn't exist!

I have received several calls from this company saying I owe a debt of $569.89 for an electric bill from a company I have never used, and best of all... It was supposedly a charge-off from 1995 that I never knew anything about until 2007!!! They gave me an account number for the bill and I called the company this morning to see if they ever had a record of me owing them anything... They have never had a bill in my name! I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureaus in FL and NY, complained to the Attorneys General in both NY and FL, and told the company that they are in error and to stop calling me! What else do I need to do to get them to stop?!?!?!?! The people on the phone all have India accents and are difficult to understand, though they are good at asking you to verify personal identifying information!
