Money mongers, not fair, my phones gone and not in use at all & still getting billed for it! Ripoff

Our 2 phones had been stolen so I reported them as to be shut off imediately they informed me that it was too bad of luck but would have to pay a monthly bill of about $78.00 a month for another year since iI still had 1 more year on my 2 year contract.

Now these phones are gone and shut off indefinetely, why should I have to still pay for a service which I am not able to use anymore. Besides that I'm kind of glad they are gon e, my husbandmissed some very important medical appt. Because this phone wouldn't work right from day one. I could get out of my contract they said if I paid them $480.00 You talk about getting paid for nothing! I might pay it alright but at $10.00 a month. I'm not rich by far but they made a bundle off of me in the last year. Extremely dissatisfied.
