Contract, Money, after four years, overcharges

I opened an account in the year under my name and my sons name, with my Social Secertary Number and his Social Secertary Number. One year later they were suppose to work on my phone and said it would be ready in three weeks and then I kept calling them and found out they had sold my phone that I had bought.

They give me a new phone that had the same problems... No signal. Then I found out they had took my Social Secertary Number off the contract and put everything under my sons name.

I got mad and complained and my bills then started coming in at $400 a month, they shut my phone off in 2005 and said I owed them $1361.00. They said that was $200 on contracts for four phones. And my son and one of my daughters had their own contract and they turned them off as of todays date (10-26) and said the bill had to be paid even though it wasn't their bill.

Alltel said that after I paid $417 They would then turn the phones back on, I went and made a payment of $417 exactly and they told me I couldn't get them turned back on until I paid the full bill. Then they told me when I called them, that I was no longer a alltel customer and would not turn the phones back on even if the bill was paid.

Yet, they should have left my son and daughters phones turned on because they had their own contracts. They have ripped me off from day one on my billing, as long as I paid my bill my phone bill kept going up. Numbers kept showing up on my bill that I nor anyone else NEVER made.
