Incorrect, unreliable reporting regarding consumer property

Carfax.com has an extremely poor customer service. Service is only via email. They reported incorrect information regarding my car and wanted them to correct. They are the ones who are faulty in reporting and they want me provide all the information. They don't emails and don't keep track of the contents of emails. It's like talking to the wall only. They keep repeating the same stuff over and over and don't pay attention to the customers. They have no coordination among their own staff.

I faxed, that's what they want, the report and they kept saying it was not received. Then I sent attachment and they don't receive attachment at this time of technology era. I am not sure how to handle them. There is no live contact. As such whatever they report, correct or incorrect, consumers are at their mercy. Their reports are unreliable to me now.

I have been writing emails and fax since April 24 without a concrete response. How would one know about their car report until they see the carfax report by subscribing them. I accidently saw the report when I subscribed them.
