Ripp Off Report

In May I went to an auto dealership to purchase a car. It was a used Toyota Rave 4 that was recommended to me. Carfax gave this car a good report but I mind as well not bothered to ask as the report was incorrect. It is now August and I can not get rid of this car. It was sold to me for $17,000 and now I owe a buy off price of $21,000 on this car. I found the auto was in a flood or underwater, and the value is $12,000 not the price it was sold to me for. Carfax did not say anything about the car being in a flood or underwater. The carpets are deteriorating and my battery has gone dead three times already. When you turn on the air-conditioner, you can smell the flood. The air coming out of it is very bad. If I had the proper car facts report, I would not have considered buying it at all. Carfax is useless.
