Liers, cheats, fraudulantly debited bank account for days, charged $286 early termination (said it was trial for 30 days), won't return calls, unprofessional, now collection agency on me ripoff

I lost my mind back in January, 07 and decided to switch from Cable to Direct TV. Short story, not sweet, once installed (5 hr ordeal and not right at the end) DirecTV started debiting my bank account $127.58/night for 4 nights. Each morning I'd call, they said they were not doing it but their name & phone# were on the account. I had to go to bank, block/cancel debit card, contact all my honest creditors who were debiting. Filed fradulant usage report with bank.

They finally refunded all but $127.58. Then, I got a bill for $286 for "early termination". I was told by "GODISH.com", the company I called to order satelite service, that DirecTV would not charge early termination and would be trial for 30 days to assure how much we'd like it.

I cancelled the service after all the money problems only about 3 weeks after we got it. Then I was told by DirectTV there would be a $175 early termination fee. Told them NOT.

Now it's up to $286 and I have a collection bureau calling. Still, my $ not refunded and I WILL NOT PAY for something I was told I would not be charged for -AND I WANT MY $ BACK. Far as I'm concerned. They owe me much more than that for all the grief, phone calls, e-mails, cancelling my bank card and changing everything and they NEVER return calls.

I faxed to them (3 times) as requested, my bank records showing where it was deducted. STILL NOTHING! THey need to be stopped and you can never talk with ANYONE but some lower level phone rep. Believe it or not, they do not have a customer service # to talk directly to billing. They must be stopped. I'M NOT ALONE
