We employed Wonderful Cleaning Specialists Inc. To wash our recently renovated house May 4. They used a cleansing substance that completely dulled and streaked our maple hardwood floor. A floor company arrived to judge the harm and decided it had been broken with a cleansing item and must be be refinished.
