I was billed for my order but it never arrived, contact with them never solved anything. Ripoff

I ordered 5 dvd's with this company. My credit card was billed but i never recieved any dvd's in the post. The problems started when i first contacted them 2 weeks after my order was placed.

I recieved a reply stating that 3 dvd's had been dispatched and 2 dvd's were out of stock and these dvd's would not be in stock again and they asked if i wanted to change my original order. I then picked another 2 dvd's. Another week followed and still nothing arrived. So i emailed them again i was then told the original 3 dvd's had been dispatched and must have been lost in the post and they would post another batch and the 2 dvd's which i recently changed had just been dispatched.

Another two weeks passed and still nothing. I contacted them again and was told there was a problem with wholesalers. I then asked for a full refund as this was unacceptable service but i kept getting the usual junk e-mails from them. It has now been over 8 weeks since my order was placed and i have recieved nothing and i am getting nowhere trying to get a refund.
