Purchased the 7th Heavan DVD BOX SET as a gift for christmas. Recieved a conformation email stating order had been recieved, and order would appear on credit card statement as 'Rogers is Consulting' (only just noticed this). Then recieved an email confirming order had been shipped and would arrive within 1-3 weeks. After 4 weeks I contacted them, the next day replied stating the item had been shipped via Small Packet Air Mail which does not offer a Tracking #. And it should arrive any day now, though if it still hadn't arrived after 3-4days to contact them again and they would issue a internal trace with Australia Post.

As the package had still not arrived, I emailed again, and speedy reply once again, telling me they had initiated the internal trace, apologising profusely for the hassel, Blaming Aus POst for everything. They gave me a 20%off Coupon (COUPON CODE: 20OFF), and gave me 2 options, if they had no progress with Aus Post. A) have item reshipped via FEDEX or UPS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY at there cost or b) a full refund. After waiting again another 2 weeks, I had not heard anything, I emailed them asking for option a) items to be reshipped as I really wanted them. It has now been 8 weeks, and no reply to my last email, and no goods recieved.
