Sold me something they never had, then never got it, but kept my money!

I ordered a Silk Cut Jaguar XJR-9 from them in July and payment was taken instantly ($266.95). After a month the item still hadn't arrived and on their website it just said that my order was 'Approved' and not 'Dispatched'. I contacted them and they told me that they didn't have any in stock and was awaiting stock from their suppliers which they were expecting to come in "next week".

I waited a few weeks and still nothing so repeated the process of contacting them by e-mail and phone and once again was told EXACTLY the same story with EXACTLY the same expected deliver date.

I started contacting them every week and about 80% of my e-mails were ignored and when they did reply they gave me the exact same story as they had done before, that the stock would be in next week and would be immediately dispatched. Shane Meyer even told me that he had the docket to show that the package had left the supplier so would be guaranteed to be with him within a week.

Again I waited and again nothing. So I contacted them and asked for a refund which was originally refused but then I was told that my refund request had been passed to Shane's supervisor, but still nothing.

Now they refuse to reply to my e-mails and won't give me the goods I paid for or refund my money.

It is now 3 months since I ordered the item and paid for it and now they won't even reply to me.

I will NEVER use this company again and I will tell others not to use them too.
