Warning - Movie2u.com is robbing customers around the world

I ordered 10 dvds from Movie2u.com on 14th July. I had to email them after 3 weeks to receive 2 out of the 10 I ordered with no explanation as to the rest. When asked for an explanation, was told that the rest were out of stock. I was then told to send them alternative titles for them to choose from, which I did but they can't even tell me which titles they were sending out from the list. I suspected something was'nt quite right but gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I have now lost count to the number of times they supposedly resent the dvds (the titles of the dvds they could not tell me) which supposedly got lost in the post etc. I don't think they did resend at all, otherwise I would have receive them - they can't all be lost in the post. It is a con. I have asked for a refund for the 8 dvds I did not get but was told they do not offer refund for shipped items. It is a tactic of theirs to keep saying that they resend when in fact they have no intention of sending at all so they do not have to refund.

I have written to Multicards.com (they accept payments for dvds ordered from Movie2u.com) at both the London and The Netherlands addresses but got no replies so far. I have reported Movie2u.com to the appropriate authority in the U.K. And will be forwading all evidences I have uncovered on Movie2u.com to them for them to act on behalf of all the customers that have been duped by Movie2u.com.

I can only warn potential customers to stay away from Movie2u.com. To me, Movie2u.com should have been shut down long time ago. They are no different to robbers.
