KMS Investigation / California (main office) agents all over United States / Full Refund promised

My complaint is my husband and I wanted to hire a P.I. To see if my husband's X was working as we want to get his child support lowered for his son.
I found KMS on the internet and they were all then willing to help us out. The total came to 1347.00 for TWO days. After two days we didn't hear anything.
I called on the 3rd and 4th day and Kevin Sienz, the owner of KMS told us that his agent is working on it and they will give us 2 additional days for free because they were aggravated by this case. Well this was on September 29. My husband called Kevin time and time again, the receptionist either said he was on the phone, or not in the office. We have sent emails, left voicemail messages etc. My husband FINALLY got in touch with Kevin on 11/27/06 and Kevin hung up on him. My husband got a hold of Kevin and he explained the situation that this was only suppose to take 2 days, Kevin said he will send the report and we will get a FULL refund. I was satisfied with that until we just received the 'standard' report which didn't help us out at all. I spoke to a couple of his clients and their report is similar to ours. I went to BBB.com (Better Business Bureau) and I looked up the company. They got a grade "F" which means fradulent, not licensed and there were THIRTEEN complaints due to KMS NOT returning calls. We paid $1347.00 and we have nothing to show for this.

I am the only one working and cannot afford to throw away this much money. I would appreciate anything you can do for us. For anyone who wants a PI please do NOT call Kevin. He's a scam artist and has taken tousands and thousands of dollars from us victims.
