Fake profiles of spammers contacting you and MATCH.com does nothing

Signed up for match.com and within 2 minutes of signing up I received email from a spammer who lived 4 hours away. I can tell what a spammer email looks like and how they talk even though match.com does not know how to spot this irrating profiles and the people behind them. When I called match.com to request a refund they told me they could not issue one because I had responded to the email. All I said in the email was, "Why did you waste my time with your BS". Now I am out $59.99. What a ripoff, DO NOT use MATCH.com.
