My issue with charter communications

Personal Exp in detail:
My old internet service which is the same as I have currently for a full year was $10.99 and cable was 39.99, this service was extended to me another 6 months at the end of the 1yr agreement because I called charter and told them that we have a budget and couldnt afford any more than what we were paying

My new 6 months ended and I received notice that my service was ending and that my new service charge would be xxx amount of dollars. Well I called CSR at charter communications and told them that Im on a budget of xxx amount of dollars and would not be able to pay any more than the amount specified. So the CSR set me up with a plan that would meet my budget, well actually it did exceed my budget by $15.00 so I agreed (I didnt want to go through the hassle of searching for a new service plan) No Problem and I even ask her to repeat the exact amount that would come out of my checking account, so that I could figure my bills (I pay bills monthly) so it was important that I have an exact amount she totaled and told me what it was going to be, I agreed and that was that. Hung Up!

The bill comes out of my account and whammy its a smacking xxx amount of dolars more than I had expected, lucky ME I caught it before it was to late and made sure enough money was in my account to cover the rest of my bills for the month.

Afterwards, I immediately called the same number and ask what the heck was going on. They told me they sent me a notice that my bill would be going up... Well I told them NO, NO, I called and spoke with a CSR and she and I made new arrangements and the bill is not suppose to be what I was charged, I went on to explain in detail everything this CSR and I spoke about and agreed to. The new CSR said he could see where I called and could see where she had done something to my account but it was confusing him, basically he couldnt understand what she had done on my account to get it at the price she quoted me even though he said he could see on the account, the quote she gave (have I confused anyone yet?) Then he went on about some other stuff I have yet to figure out and then... We finally got to the next step in this process which was to determine what he could offer me. Well he couldn't offer me the same deal she offered me BUT he made it very CLEAR that he was giving me the best deal he could give me and oh by the way it was the cheapest because normally they dont even offer this to their customers. So needless to say I accepted and it was approx. 25.00 more than my original budget. I made certain or so I thought that this is what my next bill will show and not a penny more and once again explained in detail how I have 5 CHILDREN and my FAMILY HAS A BUDGET. He agreed it would be the amount discussed. Thank you and I hung Up!

So I think ok finally done and over with
WOW was I wrong

Three months in to this and still not resolved, basically I checked my checking account and Wa La xxx amount of dollars was withdrawn for charter AGAIN! No Way I thought I took a double look and yes it certainly was, I could barely belive my eyes, so here I am again searching for extra cash to deposit so that I dont end up with negative activity in my checking account.
So I have had it, no more charter, I called them again and spoke with CSR and told them to disconnect my service Immediately, by this point I was very angry, so as you can imagine I wasn't nice to the CSR when he said ok let my pull your account and we can discuss whats going on and after that we will discuss your current features/service's to see if we are meeting your needs.

I SAID LIKE HELL YOU WILL, I want my account closed effective immediately, he at this point didnt have a very friendly attitude and simply said Ok, then he comes back and says I cant discuss this with you because you are not on the acct, OMG what???
So I had to hang up call home have my fiance call them to give permission to speak with me then I call back, and end up with a different CSR and had to go through it all over again

So he did what he needed to do to disconnect my service... And thank you for calling charter is there anything else I can do for you.

I said ya when are you going to put the money back into my checking account that has been takin out without my permission he said unfortunately we cant put money back into the account we will have to send it to you in the mail.

Ofcourse I argued, but it didnt do any good. He said I would need to send in the box and modem that I have, I said ya as soon as you put the money BACK in my acct, ofcourse that didnt work either.

Well I stewed for a few days and tried to locate new service but EVERYTHING that I found was extremely out of my budget.
So I ended up calling them back and telling them not to diconnect my cable just my internet.

So then I was left with having to find internet. Well... It was to expensive, so I called charter up and asked them what could they give me and they said xxx amount of dollars and I said ok I guess Im stuck with you but I want you to know if there is ever a time when a new service is avaliable I will be leaving charter with a smile on my face.

He then ask if there was anything else he could do for me I said sure send me my money charter took from my acct without my permission (by the way I canceled the withdraws so they couldnt take out pymnt electrnically) he looked it over and said they would get it in the mail.

Well I called them 2 weeks ago and spoke with a CSR she said it was mailed out xx date then I said no they are suppose to credit my acct (thats what I agreed to during the last conversation, then it could be apply to my future bill) then the CSR says well its not been sent out its still being review!!! What the heck!!! Reviewed!!! Omgosh!!! So I ask to speak with a supervisor and I was seriuosly on the line listening to the horrible music for well over 20 minutes and the CSR came back on and said Im sorry but they arent answering can I take your number and have a supervisor call you back and I said Oh sure why not as if they are going to right!!! Well guess what its been 2 weeks and still no phone call!!!

But here is something to my advantage I read in the KC STAR that plans are in the works for Missouri to have competition I guess a few other states are doing it already and now Missouri

I have both the internet and the cable and pay almost 40.00 over my budget
CHARTER YOU SUCK AND I CANT WAIT TILL THE DAY I CAN SAY SHOVE IT
Anyone considering filing a lawsuit let me know IM IN!!!
