Really poor, laying service customer support

An order was positioned on Dec. 7, having a guarantee the purchase could be shipped within 10 times. While it was not obtained, a phone to Customer Support (after SEVERAL attempts - it was usually hectic!) finally got them to acknowledge it'dnot been sent nonetheless! The main reason - they are bombarded. They ultimately decided to facilitate the purchase at no extra cost, also it could be obtained before Christmas. I told them when it had beennot there promptly, it'd be declined. The purchase was ultimately obtained fourteen days After-Christmas - also it hadnot been expedited. Simply sent standard parcel post. The bundle was declined in the Postoffice. On March 2, once the product wasn't acknowledged to my Charge Card, I named Customer Support. This time around, I had been informed that my Charge Card have been acknowledged on January 19. Although I had been examining the declaration, the Client Support repetition hung-up on me! After I discovered the declaration and confirmed that no credit was placed on the card, I named Customer Support back. This time around, I had been guaranteed that it'll be acknowledged. I will need to discover when the credit may really appear. Meanwhile, I am caution everybody to remain from Odds and Ends.
