Rude customer service, unhelpful

I bought a 50.00 Gift-Card from Walmart in July like a present for my mom-in law simply to discover when she visited utilize it 14 days later that it just had 1.67 onto it. We investigated the acquisitions to learn that they'd been created in JULY! And so I was informed by 15 separate people who I'd be getting the cash, after 2 times of FIGHTING having a repetition that there is NO MEANS I'm processing a challenge state because there is NO METHOD we created the acquisitions. One customer support representative explained that for that trouble I'd be acknowledged 10.00, later to become informed the only means I will obtain that 10 bucks is by buying ANOTHER walmart card. Once I obtained the reimbursement check of 53.95 on October 18th. (Recall I bought the card July 1st.) Then I called Walmart D. Support to confirm that I'd get the 10 activiation, that we was guaranteed. And so I named the day before Christmas 11-24-09 and was informed I'd obtain a telephone call back from the boss that same-day, and suppose... Nowadays, 12-9-09 I still had not received a phone call from a supervisor. And so I named in and FAUGHT for my income. Except I had been informed I'll not be permitted to obtain the activiation fee back. Therefore Lastly on 12-9-09 I was told that I would get my 10 dollars minus the activation charge back. I'm excessively heated about Walmart and actually attempt to inform everybody DON'T BUY THEIR GIFTCARDS or MONEYCARDS. Walmart is TERRIBLE at customer support.
