I've been with Cricket for nearly, or even 10years plus they don't worry about their clients INTERVAL POINT-BLANK. Our Statement arrives about the 12th of every month, on March 1 I visited a cricket shop to obtain a new telephone i understood my strategy might improve using the purchase. While March 12th arrived i looked over my consideration also it confirmed that my statement was 74.52 for that month. I went forward and settled the statement since i didn't need my telephone to be disconneted. 2 nights later i named customer support to go over the statement and was informed it will display i settled a lot of and that I could be acknowledged the next month. May comes but still no credit. Named customer support again and was informed they could not credit my bill today since the payment period had been rolled-out also it could be acknowledged for May. Therefore TODAY i take a look at my consideration which is still NOT acknowledged. I named the client support point AGAIN and was informed they observe where I'm guess to obtain a credit however they can only just matter a 5.00 credit within the telephone. I requested to talk to a superviser and was informed none where available. I had been hung-up on twice, I called back and was positioned on store for 30mins. After I requested for that corperate office quantity the repetition explained they didn't have one. I appeared on the web and discovered the corp quantity So When i named them the man title JOHN explained I had been billed more since I take advantage of the brand new telephone for 12 times and that I was prorated for 12 times but I had been additionally billed for the whole month for my previous telephone that I'd for 22-day. I told him if thats the situation my previous statement must have been prorated for 22 times the telephone was employed. He explained that will not occur.
