Didn't recieve credit to my account nor merchandise

I requested two products out of this website on a single time. Among the products requested wasn't what I needed (my error) and so I named customer support to stop that purchase. I had been informed the order have been ended which I'd be acknowledged the quantity of the purchase. I expected to get a termination quantity but was informed that their program did not provide a termination quantity and was guaranteed the purchase was certainly ended. It was over per month before and my consideration has yet to be acknowledged. The 2nd, proper, purchase I quit in position was said to be shipped withing fourteen days because of the product being on backorder. Fourteen days passed. No product. I named customer support again and was informed the product would be another fourteen days. These fourteen days have handed aswell but still no product. It's my perception this "organization" is merely an office having a phone-in it and doesn't bring any stock whatsoever.in my opinion this "organization" is made up of a person having a suppliers permit that spots the purchases using the producers just after getting purchases via their site. Which is okay when they follow-through using their responsibilities. That they don't. I've since ended my second-order and am dealing with my charge card organization to obtain the edge store to credit my consideration since I have never received something from their website. I highly recommend that no body conduct business with this particular organization. That's if you don't appreciate weeks of telephone calls and grievances.
