Sprint
Requires me to pay even though I can not recieve service where I moved ripoff

I moved several months ago and have a new winter address. None of the places I reside has Sprint service nor does sprint have a roaming partner in thoes locations. I have complained noumerous times and at length and have been told I must pay a cancellation fee if I Port my number to a new company.
