I am a long time subscriber for Sprint phones. I have recently got the iPhone 5 from sprint and the phone is great but the service is horrible. I have called sprint many times for over 9 months now and they keep telling me the are working on the LTE towers. Every representative has told me different dates on when they should be fixed. I hate that I can't use the iPhone to its full potential
