Very poor communication, slow to ship difficult to deal with on returns Ripoff

I ordered a product from this company, first they never answer their phone if you have questions. Then it took forever to receive the product.

When I did recieve it, it was not to my likeing so I tried to call to get a return authorization (required according to their documentation and also sen email. It took 4 weeks for someone to contact me back to get this. I returned the product has per documentation. I was supposed to receive an email with the credit voucher, they never give money back (Bad policy) they have your money regardless. I agains waited 2 weeks to get this credit voucher and the only way I got that was persistent calling, they told me they could not find it and amazingly I received an email with the credit voucher the following day.

I woud not recemmend anyone deal with this company when there are many others out ther with similar products that will actually work with you
