I purchased a product online through Spreets https://spreets.com.Au/home/Sydney
I redeemed the voucher by entering my home address so that it can be delivered.
It said on the voucher that it will take 6-8 weeks for delivery. After waiting for 8 weeks, I still did not get my product. So I tried to contact the dealer (Homewarez). However, there were no sort of contact details on their website. So I contacted Spreets customer centre. They replied back to me that the deal has expired and that it is unfortunate that I didn't get to enjoy the product. After about 5 email complaints to Spreets, they kept replying "No". I am very positive that I followed the instruction on the voucher as I buy things like this online at least once per week and I order (and/or) make booking straight away so I don't forget.
They are now saying that they can't do anything as the voucher has expired.
I want my full money back or at least a credit voucher under my Spreets account. Why would I pay for something and not redeem it.
