I was promised an 30€ voucher, but when I tried to redeem it, I was told that I have to spend 60€ before the voucher is valid. On the email from Kickz there were no limitations.
I had similar experiences than the previous complaint, that my order was back ordered or out of stock. It took several emails, and a contact to Visa Corporation before they gave my money back. The voucher was their "gift" to me as they say:
"we are really sorry for circumstances!
For little compensation, a voucher in the amount of 30 Euros". But I cannot use it!!!
I'n not going to buy anything from them again.
Very poor customer care.
