Ordered the wrong length of gold chain. Called pricerock to exchange and buy a more expensive gold chain. They would not hear me and kept refering about the company policy. I told them that their website posted customer comments about being able to return. No, no, no I was told. The website is misleading and they have the worst customer that I ever come across online. Do not buy from them...
