I bought a rope chain for Christmas for one of my children. I was not satsified with the quality I returned it using their strict guide lines for a refund. Pricerock now has my money and the chain. I returned it on 1/9/06.
Today is 2/9/07. I have heard nothing from them. They owe me $113.00. I have now learned they have done this to a lot of people. Somebody has to stop this and help us!
