Fraudulent billing, Membership that can only be ended over the phone. Then they deny you called and keep billing

True.com retains customers by deceiving the consumer. I signed up for a "free trial" payed the month that it renewed (auto). Because I didn't catch it. I then called True.com. To end my membership. Assured it was canceled. But they just keep billing and deny that I even called.
I have the phone record but I'm sure they will make up an excuse for the call. I guess the fact that I haven't used the service or logged in for months doesn't matter. They also charge $1.00 for some coaching. I'm not even certain what that is? I have done research online and it looks like many, many people have this problem with True.com. Talk about BAD business!!!
