Ripoff I cancelled my membership and they charged my credit card for that mo and the next mo as well!

I had sent an e-mail to customer support to cancell my membership. I then ended up in the hospital for the next mo. I came home and was checking my accounts and low and behold i was charged for an additional billing cycle. I then called customer support and they said we cant do any thing about it but you can use the service for the remainder of the mo. No thanks.
