Cutting services and raising rates ripoff

Comcast really cares about their customers. Let's start by the decision to move The T.V. Guide Channel to digital cable only. Anyone who has had digital knows that is the last channel you need. Digital Cable comes with a built in guide, makeing The T.V. Guide Channel not needed. Basic and expanded basic, does not come with any guide, at all now.

More good news is that extended basic is going up 6 percent, while basic 3.1 percent. This increase must be to pay for the removal of channels. Very thoughtful. I am in doubt that a rate increase is going to help the quality of Comcast here in Spokane.in quality, I mean that they had to bounce the signal off at least 14 cold war era transmitters to get that great third world quality picture.
