Highway robbery for basic cable service and extremely lousy at that too. Key Biscayne

Comcast = Highway robbery. Basic cable (no fancy channels) $65 per month, service is disgraceful. There are days when no channels are showing, shows indicated in the tv guide are not on, if the tv guide is working at all, now they just rearranged all the channels and I am missing one of my favorite channels (before included in the basic package) Hallmark. As indication of how bad the service is, while we are watching a commercial we hear a voice over of another, if I was a customer advertising and pay an arm and a leg for my commercial to be aired I would be suing them.

When I call in order to have my monthly bill adjusted because of bad service, I keep leaving a message on a machine and the next bill is the same. They are ignoring every complain, every just request, they simply couldn't care less, not in the least.

Unfortunately some of us cannot install a Dish and go with Direct tv, because the position of our balconies is not right for reception, and Comcast is taking shameful advantage of this fact.

We in Key Biscayne are pretty fed up, and there has to be something we can do.
