Bait and Switch in channel packages

I am just one of many annoyed consumers who have to put up with duplicity with Comcast. I signed up for their Expanded Basic and they continue to move channels to other packages. Here is my email to them about this situation:

For the next 2 weeks I remain a Comcast customer (XXXXX 11 101 02386XX) but when I have reached the end of service that I have already paid for (Sept 2nd) I will be a customer of either Dish or Direct as I am not at all pleased with your changing of approx 4 stations I was to get with my 'expanded basic' to other plans and that with no notice to me it was being done.

Last night I tried to find the Hallmark channel (again - I've looked for it before) to watch a movie. It is listed on the 'Channel Lineup' your firm provided to me as being on 77 but it isn't there. I phoned your customer service and found that this channel was no longer part of my 'package' and had been moved to another package. Same with the Outdoor Life channel at 81, it is now gone and I believe there are at least 2 others now missing.

So I have been paying your the monthly fee for channels that you have moved to other packages and you have not informed me of this. I signed up for your Atlanta Expanded Basic, you provided me with a sheet listing what I was to get for my payments and that goes from Channels 2 - 81 but something odd seems to be happening - channels just 'disappear', moved by you to other packages and no longer available to me.

This is not acceptable to me and after Sept 2 I will be a former subscriber to Comcast. The ending service order is 149XXX.

Also I will be filing a complaint on your business practices with the Georgia PSC.
