On August 18 we purchased a bundle service for telephone, cable and internet service. The service was not installed until November 3. The phone service was activated on November 1. Cox came by the house on November 2 but no one was at the home and they left a message indicating for us to set up a new time to call them. We made arrangements for installation on November 3. The installation occurred on November 3 however Cox insists it was installed on November 2 and billed accordingly.

In addition Cox has invoiced us for 4 wall installs in which they did not perform. All home cabling was installed previously by the homeowner or Directv while we had their service. Our intial invoice from Cox was for $291.42 where as the contract for bundled service was for $99.95 plus taxes and equipment. I do not feel them fraudulent invoicing their customer is fair to the customer. Cox should credit account for the 4 wall fishes and provide an update invoice for the advertised and signed contract amount of $99.95 per month plus taxes.
