Horrible Customer Support!

Purchased a Carpet Cleaner and warranty... Solution broke... Required it to obtain it fixed, its been over per month today... However with no Carpet Cleaner... Sears blames repair center for that wait... Our contract is by using Sears not the Fix division... Sears won't substitute it having a new one... And can not appear to understand this one set in a reasonable way... Sears isn't returning telephone calls as guaranteed... I'll no further purchase products from Sears... Slow Customer Support...
