Ripoff unauthorized funds fraudulent billing and scam non-delivery of product no phone nor e-mail response

I purchased a "Core Rhythms dance exercise program" on October 18 in the amount of $41.73 originally from first e-mail received on October 18. Then they withdrew $42.36 on October 25 without any explanation for additional withdrawing funds in the amount of $0.63. I have not receive the program and waited a long time. I paid Priority Mail which I should have received more than 2 weeks ago.

I called on November 22 to find out when am I going to receive this program and was connected to a recorded message asking for my name and phone number. No response. Then I called again and e-mailed on November 24 again for the same issue.

Then today I received an e-mail asking for my billing information but they did not tell me they withdrew additional funds for what? In the amount of $26.47 totalling $68.83. They were suppose to withdraw only $41.73.
