Ripoff fraudulent billing charges

I was just checking my current bill from my cellular service company, Sprint PCS Wireless, when I noticed a charge of $9.99 under non-telecom charges. This charge was for some alerts with the name Boungiorno as the company charging me. So I called up my service provider to verify the said charge. I told the rep that I didn't know about that and that I want it stop and I want a credit for that... The rep didn't hesitate to do what I just told him to do... I got my $9.99 credit to my account...

Out of curiousity, I checked my previous bills just to make sure that it didn't happen in the past... And there it is... My curiousity pays off... I was charged the same amount for the previous month and I went further back and I found out that I was being charged since April...

I called my service provider again telling the rep what happened... He told me that what he can do is just to credit me back the charges made within the last 60 days... Because according to him Sprint was not liable for charges beyond that... I WAS PISSED!!! And I told him to credit back all the fraudulent charges or I will file a complaint with the FTC and I asked to speak to his supervisor... He put me on hold and when he came back he said that his supervisor was so busy but no worries because his supervisor authorized to give me the credits that I was asking for...

So this company, and conniving service providers are ripping off hundreds of unsuspecting consumers with their hard earned money without even knowing that they are charged for services that they don't even know... So if any out there that suffered the same fate as I do... Please come out and we might be able to put this unscrupulous companies out of business...
