Watch out for Guard America Inc, 5100 N IH 35 # W, Round Rock TX 78681 (telephone: 800-951-5111). Protect America tracking I never had and has billed me an overall total of $213.84 for gear I actually donot have. I registered in May together plus the gear was delivered by them towards the incorrect handle—huge trouble. I eventually got the material on June 9 also it was THE INCORRECT gear. At this time, they'd billed me an overall total of $114.84—they mightnot tell me exactly what the costs were for and that I was frustrated! The material was delivered by me back having a notice of termination. I thought it had been completed— I had been happy to be done together, although used to donot actually anticipate a reimbursement. No such luck. From their store, I obtained another container of gear on July 5 — without actually starting it I went towards the postoffice to deliver it back. I delivered another notice certified email, of termination, informing them that I had beennot likely to utilize their solutions and I'dnot take anymore gear they delivered. The following week, I acquired a bill (dated 7/5/06) for monitoring; I chose to dismiss this statement. Lastly, today I noticed that my charge card $99 has billed —a cost I never approved. Fundamentally, my creditcardnumber has been taken by them. I also have submitted grievances using the BBB and have questioned that cost with my charge card organization, and Complaints.com—individuals have to know that Guard America has gone out to tear down them, not protect them.
