Just received my Sprint phone bill and noticed online service charges for months of March and April at 29.95 each month plus applicable state and federal taxes for total charges to my account of $66.19.
I never authorized any such charges and have online services through a major internet provider.
I just called Hold Billing Services and was rudely told their computer was down.
