Ripoff on return shipping items

I ordered a coat from NWO, but I got the wrong size. They said if I returned it they would have the correct size waiting to ship as soon as the incorrect one came in.

Needless to say that never happened, I paid to ship it back and got a call about a week after it should have arrived saying they just sold the last one.

I said that's redicious because they said it would be set aside for me, but now they tell me that they don't do that.

So basically they screwed me out of shipping both ways on this deal and won't do anything about it, not to mention I don't have a coat.
