Ripoff A mere purchase turn into a nightmare

I purchase a coat for 109.00. I received the coat a reversible leather cloth coat. The coat looked worn as well as out of a cheap leather, wrong size. So I e-mailed the company to return item. They told me I could return the coat for an exchange and not lose anything or I could return item and simply get a refund for the cost of the coat. They charged me 15.00 for shipping and handling to send item to me. Then they charged me another 15.00 to return item and insure it. I have paid 30.00 for shipping and handling to find out none of the shipping fee will be refunded. I have damn near paid for the coat. And I am still waiting on my 109.00 refund.

I will never purchase another item from them. When I contact the company all they could say is that they were sorry that is company policy if you send an item back and not exchange it for another item. My loss however I will make sure that all the women at my company realize they are a horrible company to do business with.
