Ripoff of your money if order is cancelled after LONG delays in shipping

This company charged my credit card the day I placed the order and took 24 days to ship the order after numerous requests for the shipping status. Then they only shipped a partial order. The merchandise was the wrong size, I returned it and asked for the correct size. After waiting 20 more days after returning the wrong size, I told them to ship the merchandise within a week or cancel the order. They cancelled the order and charged me 15%. I'm still trying to get my credit card company to get the remainder of my money back but what a hassel! Don't order from this company!
