I bought a Sears fridge for my boy like a wedding present 4 years back. Today at the conclusion of the guarantee time (compressor includes a 5 year guarantee with this design), it went. Named and was handed a fix day 2 1/2 months out-but was left without any option because it was a guarantee product. They've a baby along with a 2-year old - they received a September 9 plus Sears did not care something about conditions day. At4:30 on that day, nowadays, these were named to express fix could be rescheduled to September 25. I named individuals and the Client Support point hear but don't appear to treatment. We were informed to ask Friday once they might come and find out. Nothing will be purchased by me again or am I going to frequent their shops. I'm frustrated
