Ripoff dishonest

Be very afraid to deal with this company. I have purchase a Rado watch only to find out that it is not in stock.

They vouch for the authenicity of their products however they offer poor products and poor service and hide behind the fact that they're an online company to avoid taking responsibility for anything.

I agreed to take a replacement but received a wrong watch. They will just send any watch that they wish just to cut the sale. I am out of pocket by US550 and I stuck with a wrong watch that looks inauthentic and used.

Beware of this merchant. They are virtually uncontactable and all emails goes unanswered. Calling them is impossible as they are not based in USA as claimed.

Watchesplanet sells shabby merchandise and will evade your attempts to get what you paid for.
