Beware of buying anything from Redfingerprint.com.

They offer a supposed extended warranty and vouch for the authenicity of their products however they offer poor products and poor service and hide behind the fact that they're an online company to avoid taking responsibility for anything.

I purchased a $300 D&G watch from them for my girlfriend several months ago. I noticed that the leather looked a little worn but figured it was natural leather and said nothing.

Three months down the line, the watch looks diseased and chewed up. It's virtually unwearable and the sales representative, who also seems to be the president, secretary, customer support technician, etc.informed me that after reviewing my pictures it was only normal wear and tear.

He suggested that after not even six months use, I see a local jeweler to have a non-D&G strap fitted to the watch. The watch looked inauthentic and worn from day one!

Beware of this merchant.

Redfingerprint.com sells shabby merchandise and will evade your attempts to get what you paid for.
