Paid up front, they shipped wrong watch, will not refund as per their promise!

Order a replica watch from this company. Watch arrieved but it was not the one I ordered. Emailed them to arrnge return of first and to get originally ordered watch. Vendor ignored my request for the original watch only stating I could exchange.
After three attempts at rying to find out if the originally ordered watch existed, and not the vendors refudal to answer my request, I asked for a refund as per the vendors policy shown on its' website. Vendor refused to refund but agreed to credit my credit card $50.00 of the original $300.00 I paid.
This is a dishonest vendor. Once they have your money they will ship you anything they want and not refund your money. Do not buy from this store!
