Violation of employee break hours Tucson Arizona

In June I was scheduled to begin work a few hours early to prepare for our yearly inventory. Clocking in at 9:00 AM on a Sunday I worked straight until closing time at 6:00 P.M. With no breaks at all as there was a minimum of employees in my particular department and I had to cover three different sales counters as it was.

Dillards appears to have a record of bad management and the store in the city that I was employed at was no different. Floor schedules were never available on time as they should have been. The sales per hour goal is ridiculous — this is a department store, not a car lot. The department managers also push their employees to sell store credit applications during the busiest possible moments in the store.
There also seems to be an unusually high rate of customer merchandise returns at Dillards.

Since leaving Dillards shortly after that Sunday I have not set foot in to that store again and do not plan on returning, not even for shopping.
