MN ripoff charges, no parental control, later charge for free phones, bad supervisers Internet

I got 2 phones for my kids from T-Mobile on the internet free. We signed up for 2 years. One of the phones did not perform well since the beginning, finally we went to a T Mobile store, and we were told they can help us. The phones were inspected and there were no damage, no water damage so we were told it 'll be replaced freee of charge. We got the new phones a week later free of charge or so it appeared. We sent back the faulty phone and got a bill later for 211.00 dollar charged and deducted from my card automaticly. When I called them they just said that the phone was water damaged and therefore they are not honoring the Free offer. The new phone has the same problems as the old ones, is it possible that it is sent out "waterdamaged" to us[the customer] already? If I want to upgrade I'd want a different phone, not this old model. The problem perhaps that the new phone we added [ a third one} went trough the store not the internet. The supervisors are not nice or do anything for You, basically thy just say the same thing. Also this is advertized to Young ones, yrt there is no parental control. I can not set or have them so they cant download games for extra charges. They get you with free phones, they do not have good service, and there is no remedy at all.
